Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all event passes and related bookings made through the Jain Social Group online ticketing platform.

1. General rule — no refunds after booking

Once an event pass is successfully booked and payment is confirmed, the pass is non-refundable and non-transferable, except where stated below or required by applicable law.

2. Event cancellation by the organizer

If an event is cancelled by the organizing committee, eligible members may receive a refund as decided by the committee. All approved refunds will be processed only to the original source of payment (the same card, UPI, net banking, or payment gateway used at the time of booking) within a reasonable time after the official cancellation announcement.

3. Event postponement

If an event is postponed, booked passes remain valid for the rescheduled date unless the committee announces otherwise. Refunds for postponed events are not automatic and will be communicated separately if applicable.

4. Failed or duplicate payments

If payment is debited but the pass is not generated due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days with transaction details. After verification, a refund will be issued to the original source of payment, or a pass will be issued if you prefer to keep the booking.

5. No wallet or platform credit

Refunds are not issued as wallet balance, platform credit, or any other in-app credit. We do not store refund amounts in a member wallet for future use. Every approved refund is returned only through the original payment channel used for that transaction.

Privacy Policy

Jain Social Group respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our website and mobile services for event pass booking.

1. Information we collect

• Registration details: name, mobile number, email address, and member profile information.
• Guest details: name and valid photo ID information where required for event entry.
• Booking & payment data: event selections, transaction references, and payment status (payments are processed via secure third-party gateways such as CCAvenue / Razorpay).
• Technical data: browser type, device information, IP address, and cookies for session and security purposes.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage member accounts and event pass bookings.
• To verify identity at event entry and issue passes or QR codes.
• To send booking confirmations, event updates, and important notices.
• To maintain financial records, wallet balances, and audit logs.
• To improve platform security and prevent fraud or misuse.

3. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with:

• Payment partners for transaction processing.
• Event volunteers or committee members for entry verification.
• Law enforcement or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

4. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure. Please keep your login credentials confidential.

5. Data retention

We retain personal and transaction data for as long as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

6. Your rights

You may request correction of inaccurate profile information by contacting us. Deletion requests may be subject to legal and accounting record-keeping requirements.

Terms & Conditions

By registering, logging in, or booking passes on this platform, you agree to the following terms on behalf of yourself and any guests you book for.

1. Membership & eligibility

• Passes are intended for registered members and their invited guests as per event rules.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and booking.

2. Pass booking rules

• All members and guests must compulsorily book passes before attending an event.
• Once booked, passes cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or transferred to another person unless explicitly permitted by the committee.
• Each pass is valid only for the specified event, date, and category (member/guest).

3. Event entry requirements

• Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID and present it at the entry gate.
• Entry is subject to verification of the booking QR code / pass and ID match.
• The organizing committee reserves the right to deny entry for invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent bookings.

4. Conduct at the event

• Passholders must wear the event band or badge at all times inside the venue.
• Event props and materials are provided only to valid passholders.
• Members and guests must follow all committee instructions, venue rules, and Jain community decorum.
• Misconduct, harassment, or damage to property may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Payments

All prices and fees displayed at checkout are final unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance or successful online payment before pass confirmation.

6. Limitation of liability

The organizing committee and platform operators are not liable for indirect losses, personal belongings, travel inconvenience, or issues caused by factors beyond reasonable control (including force majeure, technical outages, or third-party payment failures).

7. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.
